When do you ship?
Weekday orders placed before 3pm are packed the same day. Anything later goes out the next morning.
Can I return something?
Within fourteen days, as long as it is unused. We pay the return postage.
When will you have it back in stock?
The product page says, if we know. If it does not, we do not know yet -- ask and we will find out.
How do I get an invoice?
It is emailed when the order is delivered. If it did not arrive, write to us and we will send it again.
